Our client is renowned for its innovative technologies and customer-centric approach, consistently achieving year-on-year growth across dynamic markets. About the role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be managing specific sales territories (SA, WA) working with the Retail Expert Partner (Installer) sales channel, our client transforms everyday environments with smart solutions that deliver comfort, secutiy and energy efficiency, all at the touch of a button. With their innovation and design they have transformed our environments and provided developing solutions, comfort, security and energy saving options all at the touch of a button aka automatic controls! They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for managing sales in SA & WA through the Retail Expert Partner (Installer) channel. It focuses on building strong business relationships, driving growth, and supporting partners by promoting the full range of products and solutions to meet customer goals and increase sales and market share. This is a home-based position with full support and tools provided. Your responsibilities will include: Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and maintaining profitability Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to grow the territory Build and manage strong customer relationships Negotiate agreements, define service policies, and close sales effectively Identify and approach new retail customers and opportunities, presenting products and solutions to expand business Respond to customer inquiries with excellent product knowledge and service Gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market data Develop sales plans to introduce products into new markets Assist Managers with sales forecasting and planning to meet overall business goals Deliver technical and non-technical training and provide ongoing product support Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, special events and demonstrations Provide updates on new products and discuss upcoming promotions Coordinate with Technical teams to resolve product or service issues Perform other ad hoc duties as required About you: Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and territory management (B2B & B2C) Degree qualification desirable but not essential Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets Good business sense and knowledge of the market and competitors Strong written and verbal communication, with confident presentation and negotiation skills Builds positive relationships with internal teams and external partners Enjoys networking and connecting with new people Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing goals, and working to tight deadlines Well-organized, practical, and proactive in approach Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure Energetic and motivated, while also being a reliable team player Trustworthy and respectful when handling sensitive or confidential information Professional in conduct and business interactions Quick to understand technical products and industry terms Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint); knowledge of MS Teams is a plus Experienced and committed user of Salesforce (CRM) for reporting, planning, and tracking market and competitor data Travel Requirements: Frequent domestic travel and occasional overseas travel will be required.
