Position Title: Nurse Unit Manager (Bendigo) • Classification: NM11 • Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time • Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $5,306.40 • Hours per fortnight: 76 • Closing Date: 06/04/2026 • Location: Bendigo, VIC.
Responsibilities
* Operate and manage the unit in partnership with the Director of Nursing.
* Provide operational, strategic, clinical and professional management for the nursing and support staff.
* Maintain high standards of quality care delivery in line with Bendigo Health Vision and Values.
* Coordinate with health care, lifestyle, food, domestic and administration staff.
* Provide leadership and staff management across a multidisciplinary team.
* Assist in maintaining standards of excellence in quality care delivery.

* Community Services: Aged Care Assessment, Community Allied Health, Community Care, Carer Support and Community Nursing & Home Care.
* Continuing Care: Dental Care, Chronic Disease Management, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Support for People Transitioning Home, Diabetes Management and Geriatric Management and Assessment.
* Allied Health: Audiology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Speech Pathology and Allied Health Assistants.
* Geriatric Medicine: Geriatricians, Rehabilitation Physicians, Palliative Care Physicians, Registrars and Junior Medical Staff.
