Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for voice interconnect, IDD and roaming partners.
">
* Support in negotiating and managing voice interconnect, IDD and roaming agreements, including pricing and SLAs.
">
* Manage the annual IDD and Interconnect budgets involving identifying and delivering incremental cost savings with carrier partners.
">
* Resolve intercarrier disputes and billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
">
">
You will make an impact by:
">
">
1. Collaborating with finance and legal teams on contract management and settlements.
">
2. Working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements/impacts of new projects or impending regulatory changes.
">
3. Coodinating the implementation and testing of new roaming agreements.
">
4. Monitoring roaming traffic, quality, and performance KPIs to ensure optimal user experience.
">
5. Managing roaming fraud prevention and resolution in collaboration with internal security teams.
">
6. Maintaining and updating roaming databases and documentations.
">
7. Supporting the launch of new services.
">
8. Coordinating with technical teams for testing and troubleshooting of interconnect and roaming issues.
">
9. Preparing regular reports on roaming usage, revenue, and partner performance.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
">
* 2–5 years of experience in roaming, interconnect, or carrier relations within a telecom environment.
">
* Strong understanding of GSMA standards and roaming/interconnect protocols.
">
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
">
