A well-established subcontractor delivering projects across the commercial construction sector is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Administrator to join their growing team in Sydney.
This role will see you supporting the project delivery team and assisting in the coordination and administration of multiple projects from procurement through to completion.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous construction project administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and maintain project budget tracking sheets
* Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager with project delivery
* Assist with project milestones and reporting requirements
* Raise and follow up RFIs with clients and consultants
* Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and clients
* Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Provide general project administration and coordination support
Requirements
* Previous experience in a project administration, project coordination or similar role within construction
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Reliable, punctual and able to manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Excel, Project, Word and Outlook
* Experience with Aconex or Procore is beneficial
* Exposure to procurement or contracts administration is advantageous
* Strong problem-solving ability
