Senior Physiotherapist & Clinic Lead

Salary: $100K – $125K + Super + Performance Bonuses
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist ready to step into a leadership role. This is more than a clinical position — you will play a key role in leading the clinical team, shaping service delivery, and contributing to the long-term growth and success of the practice.
You will work with a high level of autonomy while delivering evidence-based care across a diverse caseload including MSK, sports injuries, and paediatrics
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Mentorship
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior physiotherapists and support staff
* Mentor clinicians and support professional development pathways within the team
* Lead by example with high standards in clinical reasoning, documentation, and reporting
Practice Management
* Support the Practice Principal/Director in day-to-day clinic operations
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
* Assist with KPI tracking, budgeting, and maintaining high patient satisfaction
* Support staff appraisals, workforce planning, and recruitment when required
Clinical Excellence
* Manage a complex and varied caseload including musculoskeletal (MSK), sports injuries, and paediatric clients
* Apply advanced assessment and diagnostic skills to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
* Deliver high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation and performance-focused care
* Build strong referral pathways and community relationships, including sporting clubs and local networks
What You'll Bring
* Current full AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in private practice
* Strong experience treating MSK and sports injuries (paediatric experience highly regarded)
* Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
* Strong management, problem-solving, and time-management skills
