 
        
        About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Panorama Hotel in St Helens, Tasmania. 
This is a part-time role, offering the perfect work-life balance. 
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive experience. 
What you'll be doingGreeting guests and making their check-in/check-out experience enjoyable and seamless.Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with them as required.Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries and bookings for accommodation & the restaurant as required.Assisting with various office duties as needed.Maintaining a neat and organised reception area. 
What we're looking forPrevious experience as a hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanourExcellent organisational abilities and attention to detailExperience with the RMS booking system an advantage but not essentialAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work early and late shifts as well as weekends and public holidays as required
