PPM operates a comprehensive service network throughout the east coast of Australia, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and country regional areas. Located in Kingston, you would be joining a close knit team who work towards the common goal of being the very best in the industry.
About the role
As a Customer Service Rep you will be required to contact our existing customer base to book in services. Duties include but not limited to;
- Receiving inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to customers, documenting correspondence accurately;
- Providing information about our products and services;
- Inputting invoices and completing data entry as required;
- Liaising and providing support to Line Managers and other Departments as needed.
About you
We are looking for candidates with a positive growth mindset and the following;
- More than 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment;
- Clear verbal and written communication skills;
- Confident in conversing with different types of customers;
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment;
- Ability to use multiple programs/systems and screen simultaneously;
- Strong computer and accurate data entry skills;
- The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol and criminal/driver history checks.
