Overview
Breight Group is seeking skilled and experienced Resource Planners to join our energetic, fast‑paced, and motivated team. Based in Rivervale, WA, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects while making a real impact.
Responsibilities
* Allocate resources, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment, for shutdowns, maintenance, and project work.
* Maintain schedules, personnel rosters, and the crew database.
* Review and interpret job requests, clarify details, and update planning systems accurately.
* Engage with personnel to confirm allocations, manage changes, and quickly address staffing gaps.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, site leadership, and clients to align workforce planning with operational needs.
* Review and submit estimates/quotes as per client requests.
* Liaise with vendors and raise POs and work orders.
* Assist with ensuring job readiness and compliance prior to mobilisation.
About You

* Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, mobilisation, or similar coordination roles within mining, maintenance, or construction environments.
* Strong computer literacy and administrative skills, particularly across Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling rosters and workforce data.
* Proactive problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think ahead, adapt quickly, and respond effectively in fast‑paced environments.
* Positive, team‑oriented attitude, with a genuine commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
