Due to a resurgent growth across the South Brisbane and Gold Coast primary healthcare market, we are expanding our team with a dedicated Key Account Manager to support increasing client demand and a rapidly growing territory. With more new clinics coming on board and greater opportunities across key product categories, we're looking for a relationship-focused professional to manage these accounts, drive customer success, and help us continue delivering exceptional service in this fast-growing region.

Your Role:
* Onboard and support new primary healthcare clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and repeat ordering.
* Provide timely product guidance and solutions across our medical range.
* Analyse client purchasing trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and insights.
* Work closely with the BDM to support cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
* 4 years or more experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success or Sales
* Healthcare or medical consumables experience is highly advantageous
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to analyse data and spot opportunities
* Strong organisational skills and follow-through
* A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
