This is a multi-faceted customer facing position with a scope of responsibilities across the Sales and Service departments and requires a commitment to delivering these responsibilities in a manner befitting the luxury brands we represent.
**In this role you will be responsible for**
- Initial customer contact for sales and service customers visiting the showrooms
- Incoming sales and service calls
- Managing service customer appointments
- Managing service loan car rosters
- Maintaining customer information across various databases and CRM platforms
- Assisting with sales & service event management & execution
- Registering New and Pre-Owned vehicles for customer deliveries
- Minimum 3 years' work experience in a customer service environment or the hospitality industry
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 25 years of age and hold a current, valid driver's licence
