At KFC, everyone has a seat at our table.Own and evolve KFC Australia's end-to-end MarTech ecosystem to enable scalable, secure, and measurable personalised customer experiences across the mobile app, web and eventually Kiosks.**ABOUT YOU*** Solutions focused with a can-do attitude* Experience working in a transferrable, fast paced, consumer focused environment e.g. Quick Service Restaurant, Retail (Franchisees exposure a bonus)* Strong experience with MarTech platforms such as Braze, mParticle / Segment and Branch / AppsFlyer* Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking frameworks* Experience working on mobile apps and digital products* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills* Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies* Confidence in using analytics tools (e.g. GA, FullStory) highly regarded* Loyalty platform experience highly regarded* High work ethic – with a "can do" attitude.* Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR MARTECH PRODUCT OWNER****Own the MarTech Ecosystem*** Lead and optimise the MarTech stack to deliver connected customer experiences* Ensure strong platform integration and reliable data flows* Set standards and enable teams as the MarTech SME**Elevate Data & Tracking*** Own tracking infrastructure (incl.
