The Role
We are looking for a project coordinator. The role will be involved in working across multiple projects concurrently. Supporting a program manager across a range of digitally lead initiatives - including store transformation work. This would ideally suite someone who has worked in retail (frontline experience still very relevant and can consider someone out of a frontline retail role) that has preferably done some project work in the past. 6 month contract with a view to extend.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support multiple retail lead project initiatives
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proficient project delivery
- Contribute to, and implement, project management plans and timelines
- Coordinate the logístical functions / stakeholders
- Stakeholder engagement / communication activities behalf of the senior manager
- Retail background / experience
- Strong track record of delivering across multiple projects concurrently
- Coachable and strong communication skills
