In this role you will be responsible for:
* Leading and supervising daily workshop operations
* Allocating and prioritising work across technicians
* Providing technical support and hands-on guidance when required
* Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety requirements
* Coaching apprentices and supporting technician development
About You
* Proven experience as a Workshop Foreperson or Senior Technician
* Strong background in heavy vehicles or truck servicing
* Natural leader with excellent communication skills
* Trade qualified Automotive or Heavy Vehicle Technician
* Full Australian working rights
