In this vital role, you’ll provide timely and effective support for both hardware and software systems, ensuring end-users receive the assistance they need to stay productive. Working closely with colleagues across various departments, you’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and help minimise service disruptions. Your problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach will be key to keeping operations running seamlessly and delivering a consistently high level of service that truly makes a difference.About youYou are passionate about technology and thrive on solving problems. Highly motivated and a strong team player, you work well within a multi-disciplinary technical environment. Experience working in a Microsoft Windows and Office 365-based setting is essential. A practical understanding of application support, service desk operations, IT security, and backup and recovery procedures is highly desirable.
