About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Full‐time Sales Assistant to join our team at Melbourne Central. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a fast‐paced retail setting.
Work days: Monday to Friday, 35 to 38 hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
* Build product knowledge and confidently explain skincare and makeup perks, especially K‐beauty brands.
* Support customers with shade matching, skincare advice, and product demonstrations.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
* Handle stock management including unpacking, restocking, and stock rotation.
* Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
* Take part in product training sessions, brand promotions, and in‐store events.
Requirements
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (beauty/cosmetics an advantage).
* Genuine passion for skincare and makeup.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and well‐presented.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Experience: beauty industry – 1 year (preferred); retail sales – 1 year (preferred).
* Language: Korean (preferred), Mandarin (preferred).
* Work authorisation: Australia (preferred).
