You'll be part of a large, skilled team, working across different sections, expanding your skills, and contributing to a high-performing kitchen culture.Role and ResponsibilitiesCasual Grill/Line Chefs – perfect for a second job or those who love the dinner rush.
You'll work the grill or line, keeping service fast, fresh, and consistent.
Bring your energy, speed, and attention to detail.Supporting our chefs, basic food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen.Support the kitchen leadership team in cleaning equipment, organising crockery, function assistance, washing dishes, leading a small team of kitchen hands, and assisting in the creation of checklists and procedures.HoursThursday to Sunday, 4:30pm – 8:30pm (opportunity for additional hours)Hours: Lunch and dinner shifts available20+ hours across 7 days, some flexibility in shift times.
