About the role...
As a valued member of a team of experienced, dedicated and supportive lawyers and conveyancers you'll enjoy w**orking on a range of residential, off-the-plan, property development and commercial matters.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to...**
* manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
* draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
* complete contract reviews
* liaise with clients and other stakeholders
* prepare and manage subdivisions
* arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
* complete associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills
Skills and experience we'd love...
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancerin addition to:-
* excellent time management skills
* sound knowledge of PEXA
* excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus
* strong attention to detail
* a positive and pro-active team attitude
