They are currently looking for a capable and passionate Enterprise Portfolio Governance Analyst/Specialist, to assist in future-proofing their governance frameworks and processes.
**The role**
In this role you’ll be a part of the Portfolio Management Office team, working in partnership with the Head of the Portfolio Management Office to analyse, build on existing governance frameworks and processes as well as create new ones, to enable effective decision making across our client’s business.
**Duties**
- Ensuring compliance with project/program governance processes, procedures and practices
- Accountable for new and existing governance structures, templates, frameworks, rules and procedures for making decisions across PPPPM (portfolios, programs, product and project management), ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Educate and provide advice to program/project practitioners, managers and sponsors to ensure all stakeholders understand their responsibility and obligations.
- Accountable for appropriate preparation and presentation of reports to all stakeholders on the performance and trends on all projects and programs.
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong knowledge of enterprise portfolio governance practices.
- Experience in contemporary and best practice enterprise portfolio management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, PRINCE 2, PMI, lean methodologies.
- Experience presenting to ELT and/or other leadership and board team members on enterprise portfolio governance matters.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with strong execution focus and with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate across functions.
