Location
Based at our first Australian site in Redbank, Queensland, this role will see you join our team of Electro‐Mechanical Technicians within our brand‐new and fully air‐conditioned automated distribution centre.
Responsibilities • Electrician
* Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and inspecting electrical and mechanical components
* Assist in the installation of new or refurbishment system components
* Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and maintenance documentation
* Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
Responsibilities • Maintenance Technician
* Maximize system performance and uptime through effective execution of all maintenance‐related activities
* Participate in a broad array of mechanical tasks with minimal supervision
* Support Production Team through basic fault correction coaching and troubleshooting
* Fault finding and rectification of mechanical drive technology (motors, gears)
* Assist in the installation of new or refurbishment of existing system components
* Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
Responsibilities • Operator Maintainer
* Monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast‐paced production environment
* Efficiently resolving machine faults using logical problem‐solving techniques, even at heights of up to 30 metres while adhering to safety protocols
* Utilizing literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to interpret and maintain data and fault information accurately
* Upholding high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
* Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the machines remain in optimal condition and promptly reporting any anomalies
* Strict adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all staff
Qualifications • Electrician
* Electrical Ticket/Licence, preferably in QLD, but NSW or VIC would be suitable
* Current CPR/LVR (within 12 months)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards safety in the workplace
* A genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures
Qualifications • Maintenance Technician
* A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards safety in the workplace
* Background in mechanical maintenance or similar – Mechanic or Diesel Fitter etc.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures

* Demonstrate a commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem‐solving skills
* Have a genuine interest in automation and technology, coupled with a willingness to learn new concepts and procedures
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
* Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Ability to accurately identify colours such as red, blue, white, yellow, and green
* Meet physical fitness requirements, including frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25 kg unassisted, and working at heights of up to 30 meters (with appropriate training and safety gear provided)
