Tradewind Australia is proud to partner with a highly regarded Early Learning provider to recruit an Educational Leader for their brand new Early Learning Centre in Huntly, Bendigo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, or Educational Leader who is passionate about curriculum development, mentoring educators and driving high-quality early childhood education.
As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in guiding pedagogy and supporting educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
About the role
In this position you will:
Support and mentor educators in developing high-quality learning programsGuide curriculum planning aligned with EYLF and NQSLead reflective practice and continuous improvement across the centreFacilitate professional learning and coaching for educatorsSupport documentation, observations and learning outcomes for childrenWork closely with the Centre Director and leadership team to embed strong educational practice
You will have the opportunity to shape the educational direction of a brand new centre and build a strong culture of learning and collaboration.
What we're looking for
ACECQA approved Diploma, Bachelor or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood EducationStrong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality StandardsExperience supporting educators with curriculum and program developmentPassion for mentoring and developing educator capabilityExcellent communication and organisational skillsCurrent Working with Children Check and First Aid (CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
