Due to an increase in client enquiry and activity moving towards the busy Christmas period South West Personnel are currently seeking applicants with experience and/or qualifications in any of the following areas:
* Buyer / Purchasing Officer (Junior level - immediate start available)
* Accounts Payable / Receivable
* Receptionist (dedicated)
* Finance Officer
* Office Management
* Payroll Officer
* Bookkeeper
* Office Administration / Junior / Senior / PA / All-rounder
* Mine Site Administrator
* Customer Service / Business Support
Skills & Experience:
* Strong computer skills MS Office (Word & Excel)
* MYOB, Xero or other accounting package would be advantageous
* Experience in procurement, vendor management or administration
* Familiarity with COUPA, SAP or similar system, advantageous
* High level of speed, accuracy and attention to detail (data entry, typing)
* Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
* An adaptable and flexible nature
* Valid driver's licence with own reliable transport
* Willing to undergo pre-screening recruitment checks
* Qualifications or demonstrated experience to support application
