Job Title: Residential Construction Coordinator
Role Overview:

* Support the delivery of residential and townhouse developments

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project documentation, contracts, budgets, and variations

* Coordinate with internal development and construction teams, as well as external contractors and suppliers
">
* Prepare detailed job cost reports and track project savings and overruns
">
* Attend project sites and manage variation processes
">
* Handle post-construction client maintenance requests within the 90-day defects period
">
* Maintain up-to-date subcontractor records, including insurance and WHS compliance
">
* Collaborate with Development Managers to obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotes
">

Requirements:
">
* Proven experience in a Contracts Administrator or Draftsperson role
">
* Background in residential housing, townhouse, or commercial construction projects
">
* Strong knowledge of construction documentation, permits, and compliance processes
">
* Highly skilled in interpreting construction plans and identifying design issues
">
* Competency in using construction management and estimating software
">
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
">
* Trade qualifications or a relevant degree (Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) preferred
