About the Role
Reporting to Lead Category Management, you will support Principals with strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract management. Your work ensures smooth execution of purchase orders and sourcing initiatives while optimising costs and building local supplier capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing strategies across domestic and offshore markets.
* Negotiate and optimise supplier relationships.
* Apply market intelligence and data analysis to inform commercial decisions.
* Support category management through stakeholder engagement and reporting.
* Develop scopes of work and manage post-award contracts, including amendments.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience in commercial or supply environments (Mining & Metals preferred).
* Strong knowledge of sourcing-to-contract processes, supply chain, and logistics.
* Proven ability to analyse data to enhance commercial outcomes.
* Extroverted, confident, and proactive; able to operate autonomously.
* Collaborative, innovative, and commercially-minded.
