Connect APAC are proud to be partnering with a key client who are one of the largest privately owned beverage companies in Australia, experiencing an exciting period of growth. This role will play a pivotal role within their Foodservice channel as they continue to see increasing demand.
Ideally you are a KAM (or equivalent) and ready to step into a National Account Manager role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain an annual business strategy plan for key foodservice accounts, setting measurable goals and key performance indicators.
* Proactively identify new product and promotional opportunities to expand in the non-grocery market, including food service, hospitality, convenience, and independent retail.
* Support and develop relationships with smaller existing customers to drive incremental growth, ensuring tailored service and solutions that meet their needs.
* Respond promptly to new business inquiries and manage the tender process for foodservice projects, including pricing negotiations and contract management.
* Monitor sales performance against budgeted targets and take corrective action when required
* Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business processes and market expansion.
* Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Experience Required
* Experience within the FMCG industry a must
* A sound understanding of the Foodservice channel, with experience working with key distributors
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Strong organisational and process management skills
* Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving market environment
* Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
