Martial arts centre is seeking a friendly, confident and organised Membership Sales Consultant to meet our community's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome members and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression
* Handle enquiries in person, by phone, email and message
* Conduct tours and guide new families through membership options
* Support member onboarding, bookings and scheduling
* Process memberships and complete administrative tasks
* Maintain an organised reception area and assist with day-to-day operations
* Provide exceptional customer service and assist parents and students as needed
About the Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience in customer service, fitness/gym sales, or front-desk reception
* Communicates clearly, confidently and warmly
* Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask during peak periods
* Enjoys talking with families and supporting children's activities
* Takes initiative, works independently, and remains calm under pressure
* Has experience with membership sales (highly regarded)
* Has martial arts experience (bonus, not essential)
