Program Management Leader
This is a senior leadership role requiring the ability to drive projects to successful completion, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all project activities and associated risks to ensure the achievement of all project objectives and milestones.
* Lead cross-functional teams comprised of engineers, technicians and support staff to create revenue through effective project coordination.
* Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project remains on track.
* Develop comprehensive costings, proposals and plans for contract changes.
* Collaborate with various functions to generate value for customers.
* Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships with both internal and external parties.
* Manage customer relations regarding information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments and claims.
* Drive results by demonstrating initiative and achieving reliable outcomes through persistence and pragmatism.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading diverse teams.
