Role Summary

* This role involves delivering technical expertise in the design and deployment of Standard Operating Environments (SOE) used across all managed AFP Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Develop and maintain on-prem and cloud-managed devices to ensure seamless operations and high levels of service delivery.
* Collaborate with multiple teams to evaluate and identify on-prem and cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
* Implement automation scripts and technical solutions to streamline SOE management and improve efficiency.
* Provide operational support and technical advice to resolve incidents, fix problems, and implement preventive measures.
* Prepare As Built, As Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation, and conduct skills transfer to CIO command members.
* Manage on-prem and cloud environments in accordance with Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
* Proactive approach to documenting all output of learning, development, testing, and operation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a like or related field.
* Extensive experience/expertise in Microsoft Intune or equivalent Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
* Knowledge and experience in Windows Server.
* Advanced scripting (e.g., PowerShell, PSAppDeployToolkit, etc.).
* Australian Citizen at the time of application.
* Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
