We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers to join our team for the 2026 school year. Positions are available across all year levels (Years 7-12) and all subject areas. Priority subject areas for these teaching positions include Mathematics, English, Science, History, PE/Health, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
● Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and
engagement.
● Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
● Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
● Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
● Uphold the values of Respect, Resilience, and Healthy Relationships in all interactions with students, staff, and the community.
Essential Criteria:
● Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education.
● Registration or eligibility for registration with the Northern Territory Teacher Registration Board.
● Ochre Card
● Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment practices for secondary education.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to the ethos and values of Catholic education.
● Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the school community.
Desirable Criteria:
● Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
● Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
● Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
