Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Chef Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing catering operations across the facility, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered every day.
The Chef Supervisor will plan and implement menus in consultation with residents, dietitians, RNs, and leadership, while supervising and mentoring catering staff to ensure a positive team culture.
The role requires strong experience in hospitality, ideally in volume food preparation, with a Trade Cook Certificate or equivalent and current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. National Police Check is also required, along with a heart for working with older people and delivering service with empathy.
