We are supporting a hospitality group (SXW Pty Ltd) based in Darwin that operates across several popular venues, specialising in Aussie-Italian and Aussie-Filipino fusion cuisine. The business is known for its commitment to handcrafted meals, warm service, and consistent customer satisfaction. They are currently hiring for the following roles: Waiter Supervisor and Waiters.
These roles offer a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow within a stable, fast-paced hospitality environment. 1. WAITER SUPERVISOR Job Overview:
As a Waiter Supervisor, you will oversee front-of-house service, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences during each shift. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support front-of-house staff.
Manage daily operations and rosters. Train new team members and uphold service standards. Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements: Experience in hospitality supervision or team leadership. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Availability for weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. 2. WAITER / WAITRESS Job Overview:
The Waiter will provide courteous and attentive table service, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas. Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Assist in preparing FOH areas before and after service.
Requirements: Previous experience in table service preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Competitive salary starting at $56,000 (with scope to increase based on experience)
