**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**
This reputable Local Council based in the Central Tablelands of NSW is seeking a professional Senior Ranger to play a pivotal part in their team. For the duration of this 3-6 month contract, you will be reporting to the Team Leader, and promoting a positive image of Council in an efficient and courteous manner.
**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
As a Senior Ranger you will actively manage and supervise a team of 3 Rangers. The primary duties will relate to managing the team, record keeping as well as being available for on-call shifts (typically on a rotating fortnightly roster) for emergency call-outs only and some minor work at their animal shelter. You will play a pivotal role in liaising with the community, team members and Council staff.
**DUTIES.**
- Manage and supervise the existing team at Council
- Provide excellent customer service to the public
- Report other non-related parking matters to Council
- Be available for on-call emergencies to assist the team
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- A Class C Driver's Licence is required
- Strong supervisory skills along with relevant technical knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work will in a team environment and autonomously
