Zoom Recruitment & Training have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer available for an immediate start for one of our transport clients based in Hazelmere.
* Hazelmere Location
* Monday to Friday Hours with possible overtime
* 7am - 4pm shifts
To be considered for the following you need to have demonstrated the following:-
* Provide customer service to both internal and external customers
* Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement of departmental objectives and targets
* Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe efficient manner, in accordance with all statutory requirements and policies and procedures
* Assist in developing cross sector trading opportunities
Successful applicants will have:
* At least 2 years experience in transport industry is preferred
* Knowledge and experience in using SAP software is essential
* Exceptional Customer Service Skills
* Efficient telephone technique
* Good interpersonal skills and High level of presentation
* Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience
* Attention to Detail
* Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks
* Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
* Time management skills / able to prioritise workload
