What You'll Do
- Deliver trauma-informed behaviour support and tailored social work interventions to children and adults
- Conduct functional assessments, develop behaviour support plans, and provide counselling and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with families, educators, and support networks to build resilience and independence
- Work across homes, schools, and community settings with clients close to home (Brisbane West, Ipswich & surrounds)
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior BSPs or social work team members
- Maintain a sustainable caseload with just 5 billable hours per day, including travel
- Participate in weekly supervision, peer debriefs, and multidisciplinary collaboration

What You'll Bring
- NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Proficient or Advanced)
- Degree in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a passion for person-centered, trauma-informed care
- Experience or interest in mentoring and clinical supervision
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating virtually with a supportive team
