About the role
You’ll work as part of a developing and supported educator team delivering quality early learning through play, routine and relationships. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, build strong bonds with children and families, and take pride in your learning environment.
This role offers stability, leadership support and real opportunity to influence practice as the team continues to build.
In this role you will
• Support children’s development through play-based learning
• Help create engaging and welcoming room environments
• Work collaboratively with educators and leaders
• Contribute to learning observations and reflections
• Build positive family relationships
• Follow child safety and safeguarding practices
We’d love to hear from you if you have
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience in an early childhood setting (ideal but not required)
• A caring, dependable and team-first mindset
• Good communication and organisation skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
