Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our service at Busy Bees at Beenleigh.
- As Centre Director, you will lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional education and care.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees’ standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Manage enrolments, budgets, and staffing effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality and collaboration.
- Support the professional growth and development of your team.
What You’ll Need
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
- Proven leadership experience in an early learning service.
- Solid knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in service operations and financial management.
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR.
