• Educate and care for children aged 0‐5 in nurturing, play‐based environments.
• Lead and support meaningful learning experiences for your assigned group of children.
• Collaborate with centre teams to create and deliver inspiring educational programmes.
• Step in when needed to cover staff absences, lunch breaks and leave – and be a reliable helping hand.
• Contribute to the observation and documentation of children's development.
• Learn something new every day by working in different centres and environments.

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or you are currently studying an ACECQA‐approved qualification.
• Valid Blue card for paid employment.
• Food Handling Certificate.
• National Police check.
• Minimum 2 days of availability per week, with flexibility for occasional short‐notice shifts.
• A warm, energetic attitude with strong communication skills and a love for working with children.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory National Child Safety training.
• Reliability and adaptability – ready to thrive in new environments and support different teams.
