* Developing job aids, end user guides, and business processes
* Identifying and escalating systemic issues by recognising increases in certain call or request types
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems, and the ability to learn new complex systems.
