Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative dishes.
* Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
