Finance Coordinator (7 days per fortnight)

NWAS are seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Leederville due to organisational growth. The position is available on a permanent part-time basis, 7 days per fortnight, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays plus alternate Mondays.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be part of a collaborative finance team, working together to process the fortnightly payroll for 190+ staff, invoicing airlines, processing creditors, credit cards and all other accounting jobs as required.
The essential requirements for this position are:
* A bookkeeping or accounting qualification.
* Extensive payroll experience with a minimum of 5 years in a medium sized organisation.
* This should include end to end payroll processing, reviewing timesheets, onboarding, terminations, bonus payments, tax calculations, superannuation, PAYGW and payroll tax.
* Strong ability in the processing and management of accounts, including Creditors, Debtors, Credit Card reconciliations, End of Month Reconciliations, and End of Payroll Year Reconciliations.
* Experience with MYOB
* Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, critical analysis and possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Desirable skills.
* Experience with Human Force or a timesheet and rostering system is highly desired.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the airline industry would be highly advantageous.
* Willingness to learn and grow with the Company.
* Professionalism and confidence in your own ability.
