Position Title: Cabinetry Fitter / Installer

What you'll need:
* Cabinetmaking trade qualification.
* Proven experience installing cabinetry of all types.
* White card + driver's licence.
* Truck licence (or willingness to get one).
* People skills – you'll be the face of our business on site.
* A knack for training and guiding apprentices.

Purpose of the Role
To install a wide range of cabinetry and joinery projects to a high standard, representing our brand professionally on site and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Install cabinetry, joinery, and associated fittings to high standards.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and apprentices on site.
* Train and supervise apprentices where required.
* Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles (including trucks if licensed).
* Ensure work complies with WHS requirements and site regulations.
* Troubleshoot site challenges and adapt installations as needed.
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years cabinetry installation experience.
* White Card + current driver's licence.
* Truck licence (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
