Due to exceptional success and ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Procurement / AdministrationOfficer where you will be in the beating heart of the company! The Role:
As a Procurement / Administration Officer, you will work within the finance team and work closely with their awesome sales and solutions teams to procure hardware and software, provide updates on outstanding orders, receive incoming stock, pick customer orders and perform regular stocktakes.
1. License provisioning
2. Stock ordering
3. Verifying and receiving incoming stock
4. Conducting regular stocktakes
5. Picking stock to fulfil customer orders
6. Keeping track of and reporting of backorders
7. Managing defective item returns and replacements
8. Logistics Management
9. Management of loan hardware inventory
Experience:
10. Australian PR or Citizenship only
11. Experience within an MSP (at any capacity)
12. Experience in highly focused administrational tasks
13. A positive, proactive and can do attitude
14. A team player who can work collaboratively
15. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
16. Excellent organisational and time management skills
17. Results driven with proven skills in problem solving, innovation, and critical thinking
18. Ability to follow complex instructions and processes
19. Independent, resilient, self-motivated, flexible with exceptional attention to detail
20. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Licencing
