Now, we're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our high-performing team and take the lead on driving strategic commercial outcomes across our projects.
Commercial Manager
A results-driven and strategically minded professional responsible for overseeing the negotiation, implementation, and management of commercial contracts. Skilled in identifying and mitigating risk, managing contract lifecycles, supporting operational teams, and driving business development activities. Adept at building strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring alignment with company protocols, financial objectives, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading end-to-end contract negotiation and administration
* Managing risk and navigating complex commercial challenges
* Supporting operational teams and contributing to new business growth
* Overseeing the contract lifecycle from start to finish
* Resolving disputes and managing claims with confidence
* Driving commercial strategy while ensuring compliance and governance
* Managing variations and commercial change processes
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align goals
What You Bring:
* A proven track record in commercial management
* Expertise in risk and claims management
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and governance
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Location can be Melbourne or Sydney based
