About the role
VISIS Private Wealth, one of Australia's leading privately owned wealth management firms, is seeking an outstanding candidate who has ambitions to become a highly successful Financial Adviser in the future.
As an Associate Adviser, you will work with one of our Partners in their dedicated team, to service an engaged client base of professional, executive and high net worth clients. Our holistic service and advice offering will give you significant exposure to financial strategies across also facets of financial planning.
In this role you will be mentored by a highly experienced financial adviser who has a track record in supporting financial advisers through their career and helping them to achieve their professional goals.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing holistic financial plans and advice presentations for new and existing clients
* Modelling financial scenarios through XTOOLS+
* Developing and assisting with ongoing management of bespoke client portfolios
* Collaborating with our experienced Private Client Adviser and Wealth Management Partner to develop tailored financial strategies for clients
* Contributing to the development of financial planning tools, templates, and resources
* Providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients
What we're looking for
* Current enrolment in a relevant financial planning qualification
* 2 years+ of experience in a financial planning or wealth management roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
* Experience with XPLAN (inc XTOOLS), Microsoft and other software
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
* Focus on continued personal and professional development
* Exceptional team player
