Engineering Manager Position
This role involves leading a high-performing team of engineers in the development of a content-rich interface for users to design with confidence and ease. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building inclusive teams, navigating complex engineering and product stakeholders, and driving innovation in search infrastructure.
* Lead a team of 7 engineers to evolve the Editor content experience.
* Drive product and architectural innovations to enhance how users discover templates, elements, and other creative ingredients.
* Refine frontend and search architecture to support personalization, contextual discovery, and offline experiences.
* Collaborate across the Discovery Group to deliver unified and meaningful content discovery pathways.
The successful candidate will be fluent in modern frontend development (particularly React) and comfortable diving into search infrastructure, even if not hands-on coding daily. They will love coaching engineers and seeing them grow, and be confident making decisions that balance user needs, product strategy, and engineering health.
