As Marketing & Communications Officer, you'll help deliver engaging campaigns that promote our diverse programme of theatre, music, film and visual arts, driving audience growth and ticket sales.
About Macrobert Arts Centre
Macrobert Arts Centre (MAC) is a vibrant regional arts venue at the heart of cultural life across Stirling, Clackmannanshire, and the wider Forth Valley. With a year‐round programme spanning live theatre, film, visual arts, and community engagement, MAC plays a key role in connecting people with the arts.
Key responsibilities
* Support the delivery of MAC's marketing and communications strategy.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Audience and Sales and the wider team to promote the organisation's diverse programme, engage audiences, and drive ticket sales.
* Create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms and produce promotional materials and press content.
* Build and nurture relationships with audiences, artists and partners.
* Act as a key point of contact for visiting companies, providing a welcoming and professional approach and contributing to a positive customer and artist experience.
* Manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for the arts.
* Provide flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work to support events and activities.

Employment Details
Salary: £26,411.94 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hrs per week (including some evening/weekend working as required)
