The Opportunity
* Steering end-to-end financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, risk, and governance
* Partnering with department leaders to enhance financial performance across retail, online, and wholesale channels
* Delivering commercial analysis to guide high-level decision-making
* Managing cash flow, payroll, audits, capital expenditure, and compliance across multiple entities
* Elevating and mentoring a high-performing finance team
The Candidate
* A strategic thinker with the commercial acumen to drive results, and a leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
* A senior finance leader with previous experience within fashion or retail will be advantageous
* Experience in driving a high-performing finance function in a founder-led organisation
* Proven success in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management
* Qualified CPA or CA with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business
* Expertise in managing financial operations across multiple entities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* A natural communicator with a passion for innovation, creativity, and values-led leadership
