This role involves greeting and serving customers at the front desk and café. It also includes handling calls, queries, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all members and serve them at both the reception desk and café
* Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
* Operate computer systems to access member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist with booking classes
* Support parents in booking their children into our Kid's Cartel program when needed
* Liaise with members to learn about supplements and apparel, enabling you to make informed sales recommendations
* Perform various duties within the café, including operating a coffee machine and preparing protein shakes
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the reception and café areas
* Fulfill opening and closing tasks efficiently and effectively
