**About the role**:
- **Advising, coaching**, and providing **support** to all team members
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation pertaining to best practice initiatives
- Maintaining and **growing excellent company culture**, building on established foundation
- Excellent **organisational **skills and the ability to document and maintain all people and culture information within the organisation
- Excellent **written **and **verbal communication** skills
- High level of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Carry out all functions with the company principles front of mind - **Integrity, Honesty, and Respect**
**About you**:
- Being a natural people person is a must
- Ability to self-manage work load
- 3 + years' experience in a HR role - or closely related field
- High level of openness to new experiences and innovation
- Genuine interest in advocating for people and organisation
- In depth understanding of **Human Resource functions**
