Luxury Villa Housekeeper – Join Our Boutique Team!
Location: Stirling, Adelaide Hills ⏰ Hours: ~10 hours per week (morning shifts) Availability:
- Saturday & Sunday (preferably both, but Sunday is essential)
- Monday morning (10 AM – 2 PM) or one other weekday morning
- Some flexibility with rostered days and occasional weekends off
About the Role:
Sticky Rice Villas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper/cleaner to maintain our three boutique luxury villas to an impeccable standard. This is more than just a cleaning role—we are looking for someone who values exceptional presentation, customer experience, and teamwork in a small business environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain 5-star cleaning standards – Thoroughly clean and reset villas for guest check-ins ✅ Make hotel-quality beds and follow room extras setup specifications ✅ Follow rostered schedules and prepare villas with precision ✅ Contribute to our customer service mindset – Take pride in creating a beautiful space for our guests.

✔ Proven reliability – A track record of being dependable and effective ✔ Excellent attention to detail – Able to clean to a high standard and follow setup instructions ✔ Organized and proactive – Able to manage time effectively and work independently ✔ Customer-focused – Understands that cleanliness is key to an exceptional guest experience ✔ Own transport is essential – We are based in Stirling, Adelaide Hills, and prefer local applicants
