Job Overview

The role of Manager Corporate Services plays a pivotal part in ensuring the effective administration and financial management of the organization. This position provides high-level leadership across key operational areas, including finance, human resources, asset management, procurement, and school support services.

As the Manager Corporate Services, you will oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets, manage contracts and procurement processes, coordinate payroll and leave, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

You will also lead and support the Allied Professional team, contributing to workforce planning and fostering a collaborative, efficient, and service-oriented workplace culture.

In addition to operational leadership, you will provide strategic advice to the principal, supporting evidence-based decision-making and aligning organizational resources with educational priorities.

The successful applicant will ideally display exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level leadership across key operational areas.

* Manage contracts and procurement processes.

* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Lead and support the Allied Professional team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful applicant will require:

* High-level human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and processes.
* High-level financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to understand and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
* High-level written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in the application of high-level customer service principles and practices.
* Experience in effective leadership of a team.
* Ability to provide high-level human resource consultancy and financial advice in the development, implementation, and management of business and marketing plans.
* Well-developed problem-solving and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
